Houses are super clean, well-designed, and spacious. Staffs are helpful and nice. Facilities are beautiful and maintained. However, the beach in front of the complex is very dirty. Scattered with trash of all sources, plastic bags, shoes, bottles, even needle and fishing hook! I'm not saying this is the property's fault, but as a business in Rayong, you need to push the local government to do better job. Keep the beach clean or there will be no more tourists.

It's a condo that rents rooms so don't expect 5 star hotel service. Very quiet with 2 pools but pools are uniform 1.4 meter depth so not sutable for most children. Seaside pool has small restaurant. On site restaurant serves free breakfast but my experience with evening meals it is better to go outside. You need a car if you stay here.

Staff are very rude, and seem more interested in their smartphones than serving guests, also don't seem to have any decision makers amongst them. Rooms are dirty and the housekeeping dont even seem to change sheets. Beds are as hard as concrete. No mini bar or room service. Attempting to call the front desk from your room is almost impossible. Rooms have inconsistent facilities between them. Not really a hotel, but "serviced" condominiums and doesn't deserve it's 4 star rating. Service is actually terrible, dont seem to offer any of the facilities that other hotels in their price range seem to offer. Restaurant is terrible and overpriced which isn't ideal as the hotel is quite isolated and there aren't many shops or restaurants in the area. Not enough sunbeds. Grounds are poorly maintaned, boardwalks are falling apart and are actually a safety hazard. Overall, the place may have had potential once upon a time, but a lack of interest from staff and owners has resulted in a poorly run facility that shouldn't even be open. Won't be staying there again.
