I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were top-notch. The bathroom was also very clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and had a wide variety of options. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. 5 stars!
Rooms are spacious and maintained well by housekeeping. I would suggest, though, that the pillowcases be ironed well so that the guests won't think they have not been replaced. You only know they're fresh because they smell clean and freshly laundered. Otherwise, you'd think they had not been changed. Bathroom facilities are working well, especially the heating, but the shower enclosure door is missing.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. It has 3 swimming pools and it was great and they have 2 big venues for conference and meetings. The buffet / food is superb! Dinner was worth it and even had a bonus live show for the guests. Thanks to their helpful manager, I was able to check in early. Shuttle service is available in the hotel and tricycles outside the hotel.
