Found it by accident here in Google map due to wedding events we need to attend. The interior design of this hotel is more in antique style, and you'll feel the exclusivity of the venue since they only have 7 rooms. If you're looking for a tranquil place with a breathtaking view, then this is your place. Though they're beside the highway, once you're inside the venue, the level of noise is tolerable, and it's peaceful in our room (1st floor), we had a good sleep 😊 The hotel is far from perfect and truly requires some renovation, but the rest of the place is excellent. I've listed the good and not so about this hotel. ✔️In-house guard/staff (feel secured) ✔️Attentive and friendly staff🤩👏 ✔️24-hour coffee/water😍 ✔️Bidet (cr 🤭) ✔️Hot water (turn the knob to left) 😄 ✔️Comfy bed and pillows 🥰 ✔️Modern TV with cignal satellite ✔️Bfast serving and taste 👍 ⚠️ -No exhaust fan (cr) 😅 -No personal fridge 🥺 -Dim room (just hoping for option to adjust lights)🫣 -Some old chairs need a repair and -Floor section in the side of pool section minor repair 😁 Additional advise ✅️ bring groceries so you can just stay indoors and enjoy the pool and view 😉 ✅️ bring adaptor Definitely will be back here.
BEWARE: BOOK ELSEWHERE Planned a quick weekend getaway with the wife for our wedding anniversary and I stumbled upon this place tucked away from Tagaytay’s busy area. The pictures were pretty, so I didn’t hesitate to book the place despite the above average price because, well, the place itself is called “Luxury Suites.” Big mistake. The place has seen better days. It’s rundown and in bad need of a renovation. The furniture looked old and dirty. The room smelled of mold (there was actual mold in the bathroom ceiling). The towel rack and soap dish in the bathroom were falling apart. There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom, so good luck taking a dump. The bed headboard had stains and rusty parts, with matching sheets that were torn in some places. The couch looked like a cat’s scratch post and needed reupholstering. No phone or intercom in the room to call the front desk. I know it wasn’t mentioned in the amenities, but I was expecting a mini fridge for a “luxury suite.” The pool was unswimmable. We were surprised to find out that they didn’t expect any guests, so their pool maintenance guy had just treated the water with chlorine. It was a weekend and they were on Booking.com. Go figure. Had to stand by the door to get a wifi signal. I requested for a glass of ice and they only had three ice cubes on the tray. The only redeeming qualities were probably the view, and the friendly staff. Essentially, it was disappointing. For that price, you’ll definitely get a way better place around Tagaytay. So until they undergo a major renovation, or perhaps adjust the price per night, I would recommend to look someplace else.
We stayed at this hotel to prepare for a friend’s wedding, expecting a clean and beautiful place based on Agoda photos. Unfortunately, the reality was the opposite. The hotel exterior looked old and unwelcoming, with closed gates (looked like an abandoned buulding outside) and a cluttered parking area filled with debris. Inside, it was even worse—dusty, moldy, and poorly maintained, with spiderwebs and a musty smell throughout. Our rooms were dim, damp, and filled with mold. The bathroom was filthy, with slippery floors, dirty walls, and a moldy showerhead. Even the furniture was stained and unclean. There was no phone to contact reception, and only one staff member was assigned to assist us, we were there with friends who checked-in as well (total of 3 rooms). The only positive was the friendly staff, but that couldn’t make up for the terrible conditions. This hotel desperately needs major renovations. The misleading photos online are unacceptable—we were extremely disappointed and do not recommend staying here.
