Absolutely amazing. The biggest advantage was the approach of all receptionists. Nothing was a problem, they did their maximum to accommodate our needs. We arrived early so they checked us in early. Our flight was late at night, so we could stay two hours after check-out. The staff booked a taxi from the airport for us. Solène, Johana and Charlotte did their best with their English because of my extremely poor French. We will definitely get back!

the hotel is quite modern, that's definitely a plus. the rooms are actually quite small (not quite the 18m2 advertised). but the big issue is the manager and the receptionist. I asked for the room to be cleaned during my stay, they refused arguing that it was the new regulations in Covid times! Complete BS. This management team needs a reset.
