Excellent hotel with lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Celine & Maelle were very helpful in guiding us to a fantastic restaurant for our evening meal. Secure on site parking is available. Looking forward to my next stay.

I stayed 10.7-11.7 I lost my retainer ( teeth) my room number is 403 please help me ~

Deeply disappointing experience at Inter-Hotel Le Quercy. As a loyal Accor guest currently staying in another Accor property in a different city, I stopped by to politely ask if I could use the restroom before catching a train. The woman at the front desk — who claimed to be the owner — denied my request and told me, quite coldly, “I’m the owner and I say no.” Instead of showing any basic empathy or hospitality, she told me to look for a public toilet. No explanation, no courtesy — just outright refusal and arrogance. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone representing a global hospitality group. If Accor values customer loyalty, this behavior is a stain on their brand.
