My family and I rented 2 rooms through a third-party site. This hotel was rated 3 stars on the other site but it should be 1 star! Air conditioner was out during our hot August stay but we were not informed. According to other Google reviews, it seems like it has been broken for months!! They didn't have any fans to provide us, didn't even offer bottled water to make up for the hot sleepless night we had. We also woke up with bites on our backs and legs even though we were in two separate rooms on two different floors so the entire hotel must have a problem with bed bugs. My little nephews' backs were covered in bites! 😠 Carpets were also dirty. Hallways were dark and only lit up when censored. No extra locks available on the door for safety. Would not recommend staying here to anyone!
Where do I start. The carpets are disgusting, there is only a table lamp in the room, so not enough light. Also the air conditioner doesn't work. I had it on full blast with the lowest temperature setting. I still had to open the window to get some cool air. There is no water provided in the room and there is no water dispenser anywhere in the hotel. I asked at the reception about the water and I was told that I can get it from the shop. Which is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel each way. The safe doesn't work. There is no fridge in the room, so even if you buy your water. You would still have to drink warm water. There is no coffee in the room. This should be a one star hotel.
WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!! WITH BED BUGS!!! This hotel was extremely dirty, with hair in the bathroom and bed, and the carpet was covered in stains. The rooms smelt very bad, and when exiting the elevator one had to walk several meters in the dark, until the light would go on. Me and my friend had to change the room at 4 am in the morning because there were bed bugs, we were itching all over and our skin was covered in red spots. This place is a health hazard!! And it stinks! If you care for your well-being and that of your family you should not stay in this place. It should be shut down!
