The staff and service are excellent. As a wheelchair user, I could navigate through the room easily, except for the shower area. I recommend that the hotel consider having 1-2 wheelchair accessible rooms for more inclusive service.

What truly stood out was the staff's helpfulness, they were always ready to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. In particular, Mr AYAZ was incredibly supportive and always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay
