Hands down one of the highlights of my whole trip to Japan, this hotel made my trip a dream, the amount of attention, food, service, room quality, goes above and beyond. As a platinum member I got free breakfast, and I can’t stop thinking about it to this day, some of the best dishes and bakery you can imagine. The restaurant staff were super attentive, the food was excellent and the views incredible. The rooms were impeccable, new and very well designed. This hotel was open recently and you can tell the effort they put to make it the best. Location wise is also great, just 5 minutes walk distance to some of the best shopping centers in all of Osaka. And the train station is right below! Honestly what you get here for you money is excellent value, that sometimes you can’t get at equal or even higher tier hotels. Will definitely stay here again.

Probably the best Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 3 nights as Ambassador elite. Huge rooms, very well located (albeit hard to find at first), extremely attentive staff that goes the extra mile, unimaginable benefits for Marriott loyalty in the lounge, and a breakfast that makes you want to come back everyday. Highly highly recommended. Truly a 5-star fully delivering on its value to Marriott loyalty.

The hotel is new, have a good view, and clean, with a convenient location close to the train station. Most of the front desk staff provide good service, and it’s not far from shopping areas. What I didn’t like was the bathroom design – the glass wall can be seen through, and if the room door is open, someone might see you while showering. For breakfast, the food quality is good, but the menu was the same every day during my 5-night stay. Normally, hotels of the same level would change some dishes to make the experience more enjoyable for long stays. There was also always a queue for breakfast, sometimes nearly 30 minutes. If you came late, some items were already finished. This meant I had to allow over an hour for breakfast, which affected my travel schedule.
