The Outlook Cabana

My partner and I had a 3 night stay at the Outlook Cabana for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. The host was willing to accommodate our every need and personally took us both riding at the Outlook Riding Academy. They catered perfectly to both of our riding levels and made the experience perfect. The Cabana itself had everything we needed, and we felt very confortable during our stay. We both cannot wait to stay again. Thank you for an amazing experience Sarndie.

The property is so beautifully cared for, the feature being the infinity pool and surrounding gardens, plus the extra things to do bush walking, horse riding or kyaking. The Cabana is large and very well appointed, the bed whilst being firm wasn't too hard that it was uncomfortable very supportive, the bathroom is well stocked with additional items not normally found in most places. Large privacy blinds that though you can see out the owners cannot see in, I had no problems at all in terms of privacy and felt quite relaxed, most times the owners are very busy so no one is watching you, as noted in other reviews quite negatively I thought. The only negative is whilst lounge was nice and clean it needs refurbishment or replacing as support as gone on each side middle part is ok. Plus unfortunately you can hear road noise as it isn't far from main road but mostly if you keep yourselves busy on the property it isn't a problem. Definitely recommend for Wedding Anniversary or other special occasions. Bernie their Dog was also a great and friendly co host/therapy dog😃

Stunning place although it is not private at all. Photos do not advertise how close the main house is to the Cabana and pool. We had felt very uncomfortable to use the pool as it is right infront of the living room of the main house with full open view and the residents inside looking right at you. Therefore pool was not used at all. Not only that but the cabana had black out blinds all around which is great for privacy but because of these privacy issues of the main house being too close they stayed closed at all times instead of opening them up and enjoying the views as the residents had a full view inside the cabana from the main house. Definitely do not believe it was worth the money especially of your a couple or family that would like privacy. In regards to the horse riding the trail ride is not much or a trail ride but more so a walk around the back yard in comparison to some other place I’ve tried I would say this experience is more for kids. The family was lovely and welcoming. Although one of the owners were very rude at one stage and had gotten frustrated and hung up on my face. Another situation was the tv apps had been logged out and had called for help and the response was well that’s strange I don’t know what you want me to do it should be logged in. So we were unable to access the apps that were advertised as available during the stay. Grazing box prices was also advertised wrongly was advertised as $85 and was chargered $120 for a size small. Overall my partner and I were very disappointed with the trip as the advertising was very misleading.
