A lovely dining room atmosphere with warm & friendly service. The staff were attentive and helpful as 8 of us celebrated an 87th birthday. Loved all the menu and Specials board options, as well as beer/wine selection. Food was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

Came here at the beginning of July for a weekend, dog-friendly, getaway to celebrate my 60th and it did not disappoint, absolutely 5 stars across the board. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the room was really comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Everything flowed well from the restaurant to the bar, the breakfast area, the room and the carpark. The food is superb, it's definitely all about focusing on taste here. Special mention for the brie, tomato and spinach tart - so tasty, and our mains (which were the rib-eye and the liver and bacon) were both cooked to perfection. Pre-ordered cooked breakfast was a welcome start to the day. Aside from the inn itself, there are some fantastic walks along the water's edge, just minutes away, with a smattering of coastal pubs to stop off at, all seemingly dog-friendly too. Highly recommended and thank you for looking after us.

Lovely hotel with warm staff and beautiful food! Try the restaurant for lunch or dinner - you won't regret it. Would have given 5 stars but the room, which was comfortable and pleasant, was nothing special.
