I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Hotel pl palace agra . The staff were incredibly welcoming and made check-in smooth and quick. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a great city view. I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the variety in the breakfast buffet, which included both local and international options. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the metro and tajmahal . Agra fort surrounded by great cafes, but it had all the basic equipment I needed. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Sunrise to both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
It was all in all a very good stay. Little management at the billing side is necessary. Special mention akshat(manager) was really helpful, polite and very well thorough with his work ethics.
Pathetic housekeeping. Dirty rooms, floor is very sticky as if never cleaned. The glasses in the room are not cleaned. Bathroom stinks as there is no exhaust. When we asked for clean glasses, they were going inside the bathroom to wash only with water. Ykes ykes ykes. I will never recommend this renamed hotel to anyone. Never go with family. For bachelor, its ok.
