The Palace a Luxury Collection Hotel Madrid

Absolutely loved our stay at the Palace Hotel in Madrid. The building dates back to 1912 and has been redone beautifully — elegant, sophisticated, and full of charm. Everything was truly flawless… except the air conditioning in the gym (which could definitely use a boost). That said, the gym itself had everything you’d need for a real workout, which I appreciated. The service was exceptional — every single person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, close to museums, history, and incredible food. Mattress and pillows were super comfortable (a must for me), and the rooms had Nespresso machines, which made mornings that much better. We had connecting rooms, which worked perfectly for our setup. Would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived the hotel the bell staff, to the check in process, the housekeeping and the entire team was amazing. Edoardo at the check in desk went above and beyond for our family to ensure we had an amazing time. The location is top notch, the entire team here anticipates your needs and is prepared before you ask. The hospitality we received felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palace. The location is perfect, close to everything, but not in the midst of it all. The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was great, only complaint was the poor coffee. I did have to ding my rating for their automated light system which inexplicably turned on twice in the middle of the night, ruining our sleep. I get it’s a technical issue, but something that just shouldn’t happen. They staff had no answer for it either.
