The Palazzo at The Venetian

In town for a convention and this is my first time staying at this resort. While I visited the place before, staying here is a totally different experience. The room is luxurious and I will say, the biggest room I've stayed at in Vegas outside of a suite. The room is huge!! There's no other way to say it. The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. I absolutely love the bathroom, the shower with body jets is a special touch. Easy to get both cold or hot water, plenty of space for 2 people or even a family of 4 in that room. The rest of the hotel is nice, very well decorated and luxurious. Service is really good, room service is very welcoming and smiles a lot. Makes you feel at home. Lots of restaurants, lots of bars and well positioned on the strip. This is also the home of Shin Lim, that I highly suggest to see, he's the best magician I've seen in Vegas. Definitely a place to stay, even if I don't come back here for work, I would come back for a pleasure visit.

I had a last-minute issue with my room situation, and he went above and beyond to help resolve it quickly and smoothly. He was professional, understanding, and truly did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable. His commitment to excellent customer service made a real difference in my experience, and I genuinely appreciate his help. He did a fantastic job and absolutely deserves to be recognized for it.
