Stayed here as part of a family holiday and were very impressed with the apartment we stayed in. It was clean, modern and had all the usual domestic amenities. Staff were very helpful and came in handy for local knowledge. The location is perfect as the beach is a very short walk and Beau Vallon is round the corner and within walking distance. Best bit for our family was the use of the balcony which was was handy for family meals and evening games. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. accomodation excellent, very clean, airy, comfortable with swimming pool. Location good. The staff very friendly and accomodating. Rosalie is the star of the resort. Nothing is to big or to small for her. She will assist where she can. They will arrange trips, Taxis, booking of cars.
The staff is polite and helpful. I made a mistake during my booking process, they were very kind to resolve it in the best way. We stayed in apartment Etoile, the one on the top floor of the second building: the view is beautiful, and the apartment itself is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. I suppose a sofa in the living room can accommodate one more person even. There is a washing machine which is very helpful just to refresh your stuff. It’s not exactly walking distance from the beach, at least with small kids (the pedestrian area is scarce) but probably possible. The territory of the hotel is under video control, you can sleep with open windows, which we did, enjoying the sound of the waterfall. We liked our stay here. For the first part of our vacation we stayed in a villa on Praslin right on the beach and Palm Seychelles was a good chance for us to live in the forest (surprisingly no mosquitos though, but birds are singing all day round ❤️) Also they allowed us to stay longer on the day of check out because we had I late flight, very approachable management (our contact person on the spot was Rosita, Imtiaz solved my request via email very nicely).
