The Palms by Eagles

One of the best places I like to lodge when I'm in Takoradi, very beautiful place with very nice and well trained workers, food is Wonderful, rooms are very clean and top class, really feel like going back again this weekend just to have a feel of the place.

Just went to catch a quick lunch with some friends but we have to leave because we couldn't wait for the food. It took a while. Hard luck for us! I didn't stay in the hotel. I'm was just passing through.

Stayed here in Stby status due the operation of Vessel for 29 nights,full board formula . Pro : Building,swimming pool,camera. Cons: Lack of preparation from personnel,like in the restaurant especially morning time and launch except Madlyn,they no smile,like they not follow customer s request,what i especially hate is also the Lack of simple things like bacon and Nutella ,they put since 6 am to 9 am for everyone only a 200g of Nutella , bacon also not available everyday. On table missing Always spoon( to take apart), no coffee like espresso One included on the breakfast (International hotel have It as standard). Close tò the weekend management mess up food order and There missing for 3 days: chicken ,beef,pasta and even shrimp. For a restaurant that also work with people from outside Is not possible a things like that. Also they don t answer soon the drink you like,you have tò call them . I mean Is Logic,if no drink on tablet ,waiter must go and ask: what would you like to drink ? Lack of Maintenance on camera like some light ,Lack of Maintenance of Gym. What i really enjoyed (counting also 1 hour wait for food during dinner ,even if noone else) Is the people in the restaurant working during dinner. Good service and smile.
