The Palms Hotel

Excellent room with great beach and swimming pool view. The Ambience of the hotel is so calm and quiet. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread were excellent. Beach is of walkable distance. Restrooms and rooms were neat and cleanly maintained. Loved the stay and would definitely come again!!

Went here with my family and relatives for one night on full board basis. Views from the rooms were great. Rooms were nice and clean. Spacious. Had access to beach from the hotel and it was nice to lay on a chair of the beach and relax. Everyone really enjoyed. At night they had a band playing in the lobby area everyone danced and enjoyed the night after dinner. It was a nice experience. Definitely recommend!

The room was fine, the staff was great, and the food was okay. My only complaint, and which honestly soured my experience staying here, was that the hotel hosts events where people who aren't staying in the hotel can use all facilities and blast music, meaning the pool is completely packed and the music can be heard loudly everywhere in the hotel. Forget about finding a sunbed, getting in the pool, or doing anything really. Several large busses were parked outside the hotel and the whole reception, pool, and beach areas were incredibly crowded. This wasn't supposed to be a party hotel. It's advertised as family friendly for people who want a relaxing beach experience, and it didn't not offer that. It is most definitely a party hotel for people who aren't even staying there. It is a shame, because the staff was truly lovely.
