The Palms Hotel & Spa

We stayed at The Palms Hotel as a continuation of our vacation after a cruise, and it was the perfect way to keep the celebration going for my husband's birthday! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and relaxing. A special shoutout to Moises, who was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were always well taken care of—his attentiveness and warmth made a big difference in our stay. The beach access was incredible—beautiful, clean, and noticeably less crowded than other nearby spots, which made it feel like our own little paradise. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. 10/10 would highly recommend The Palms Hotel. We’ll definitely be back!

Spent the day here at the spa for my birthday with a few friends, the staff was super friendly! From valet, spa attendants, and restaurant staff! Awesome customer service! Today was a cloudy and rainy day, so unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor patio at the spa. The spa itself is super tiny, very limited space. It was the four of us, and only three were able to lay down on the lounge chair, while one sat on a regular chair. At least an ottoman could have been made available for comfort, even the ladies changing room! Only two stalls and two showers, two sinks. And only one was working, overall we all loved our massages. The place just needs to expand and also offer more amenities, there is nothing else besides the steam room. Guest does have pool and beach access though.

I chose this hotel based on its high rating, so I was expecting a better overall experience. While the staff was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and helpful — I found other aspects of the stay disappointing. The rooms felt quite outdated, the bathroom and shower were very small and in need of renovation, and the pool area wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. With a few improvements, this hotel could truly live up to its potential.
