Absolutely amazing stay! The rooms were great and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Great amenities and the restaurant was a 10/10!! Adam was fantastic and made our stay feel like we were at home. We will definitely stay again.
Managers were extremely rude they verbally abused younger kids that were travelling with us as-well as yelling abuse at my elderly nan, the manager also made rude remarks when booking & accused us of being under the influence of drugs. There was no privacy what so ever with a pest control guy free willingly letting him self into every hotel room & the managers just walking in when they please even if the do not disturb sign was on the door.
Adam and his staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Gordon cooked up a storm. This motel is the place to stay in Chinchilla
