The Panoramic Getaway

Our stay at the Panoramic Getaway Resort was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the lush hills of Munnar, the views were absolutely stunning — waking up to misty mountains and rolling tea plantations felt like a dream. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with large windows that showcased the breathtaking scenery. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive to every little detail, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight — soaking in those views with a cup of tea was pure bliss. We also enjoyed delicious local and international dishes at both on-site restaurants; every meal was fresh and flavorful. Whether you’re looking to relax, reconnect with nature, or explore Munnar, this resort is the perfect base. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kerala — we can’t wait to return!

It was an amazing experience to stay there. The view was stunning and the amenities were awesome. They have excelled in their customer service. Very caring and quick to respond. Breakfast and other meals were very delicious and heartwarming. We had to extend our stay for another day due to harthal and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We will definitely stay there again and again. Such a pleasure to have stayed there.

While it’s important to note that this is a hotel rather than a resort, the level of service provided was excellent and reflected five-star quality. Overall, the hotel is a wonderful choice for a memorable family vacation. The only minor inconvenience was the occasional power outages, which are not uncommon in parts of Munnar.
