The Park Baga River Goa

Had a good stay. The rooms are well made and the foods are understandably priced. The location is quite good. The staffs were all super nice and kind. Miss Aruna Limboo who was assigned to us, was very helpful and considerate. Over all it was worth the money.

Although I'm writing the review very late as I was there in March 2022 but yes it was an amazing experience I had there. The staff, rooms, food everything was perfect. I even recommended this property to my friends and they were all happy with that.

Very Disappointing Stay at The Park Baga River, Goa Our recent stay at The Park Baga River was truly disappointing and frustrating. First, the room condition was unacceptable — cracked walls, stained bedsheets, and even a cockroach inside the room. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. On top of that, the WiFi/internet barely worked, and the intercom was completely non-functional for an entire day. To make things worse, they ended up charging our room three times, which took unnecessary time and stress to sort out. The food was just average — nothing special or memorable. However, the worst experience came during checkout. A local cab driver created a scene because we opted for another cab service. Shockingly, instead of standing by the guests, the hotel manager and staff supported the local driver. We felt completely unsupported and unsafe. Eventually, we had to cancel our cab and walk to a nearby taxi stand to arrange our own ride. This kind of behavior and mismanagement is unacceptable for any hotel — let alone one under a known brand like "The Park" .Would not recommend this place at all.
