The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan

I stayed for one night at this hotel while visiting Universal Studios Japan, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, just steps from the park, and the shopping area, which made everything incredibly easy! The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived until I left. My room was even better than I expected: spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. After a long, exciting day at the park, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax (Luxury Floor Deluxe Room). Breakfast the next morning was lovely, with a great variety of options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the veranda, as you get a view of the park and its roller coaster, which made for a fun and unique way to start the day. I’d absolutely stay here again, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The Park Front Hotel is the perfect place if you're visiting Universal Studios Japan – it's literally just steps away from the entrance. The rooms are spacious, modern, and super clean, with great views and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a great selection of restaurants and shops right nearby. Couldn’t ask for a better location or experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, and theme park fans!

Lovely hotel situated in a fantastic location to allow for access to universal studios Japan. The man at the check in desk, however was not a very good listener when asking questions, including if the credit card left for the room had to be the same as the one used to book the hotel room. The hotel room was very nice and well stocked, however there were dirty marks and food up the wall. When discussed with the reception team, they did not seem to care about this. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of food on offer, however limited information available for allergens. Many meat options just say meat, no specific meat listed. The staff however are very friendly at the restaurant, with the restaurant being very clean.
