The Park Lane Hong Kong Autograph Collection

We stayed for six nights in August at The Park Lane Hong Kong and were very pleased overall. The hotel is in a good location next to a park – close to shopping, dining, and transportation, yet quiet enough to relax after a busy day in the city on its rooftop bar. The renovated rooms are well designed, comfortable, and well thought-out. However, the non-renovated rooms do not match the same standard and, in our opinion, are not recommended. What truly made our stay exceptional was the Executive Lounge and, in particular, the warm hospitality of Sandy and her team. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness were the highlight of our stay and created a wonderful atmosphere every day. We would happily return – especially for the renovated rooms and the amazing Executive Lounge experience.

Excellent stay — highly recommend! This is an excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly well-trained — honestly some of the best I’ve seen across Marriott properties. Big congrats to the team for that. As an Ambassador Elite member who stays at a lot of hotels, I was really impressed. The gym is excellent, and although I didn’t get a chance to use the sauna, it looked great and I’ll definitely try it next time. The hotel is in a very convenient location, the breakfast was fantastic, and both the Executive Lounge and the rooftop Sky Bar are top-notch with amazing views. I have quite a few allergies, but the team handled everything so well — they were informed, careful, and super accommodating, which made a big difference. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

We stayed here one night. It was pretty easy to get to from the MTR. Checking in was easy. We had two rooms and they upgraded both rooms to put them next to each other. They also gave us 2pm checkout which was a plus. The view from the room was great. Both during the night and during the day. Checking out was just as easy. Every staff member we encountered was friendly.
