I'm not quite sure how this property can get anything other than 5 stars. We just spent 5 nights at The Park Tower Knightsbridge and had the most incredible time. We were a little skeptical reading some of the reviews of recent guests but I would pay any negative review little mind as we could not have been more pleased with our stay! The property is incredibly luxurious and safe - felt very much like a 4 or 5 star property in every way. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay magical - in particular Susanna at the front desk and Michael at the door were amazing. Rooms were spacious and smartly designed and the bathrooms felt brand new. We were upgraded to a higher floor upon our arrival and had an incredible view of the skyline (the London Eye lit up at nighttime was so cool to see from our window). Housekeeping was amazing and even made sure to bring us towels/ clear our trash on days we did not need them. The location of the property was perfect - walkable to public transit (both underground and bus stops). Noise was never an issue either. This will absolutely be our preferred hotel whenever we are in London.

Seems nice at first, but the service becomes annoying. Good location and decent rooms. I would not recommend eating or drinking here at all. The prices are ridiculous, and they add extra charges and fees onto everything. $10 to deliver room service? 12.5% added to everything as "gratuity". Four gin and tonics at the bar cost $100. Shouldn't gratuity be at my discretion? They definitely think all tourists are idiots. One more note: the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking twice. I would go somewhere else.

I’m currently staying here (unfortunately), and I’ve stayed before — it has only gotten worse. This place loves to call itself a “luxury” hotel, but there is absolutely nothing luxurious about it. During my last stay, I was stuck in the elevator for two hours. You’d think that would push them to improve safety and maintenance. Nope. This time, the bathroom keeps clogging, which is beyond unacceptable for a so-called upscale property. When I called to request bottled water after housekeeping didn’t bother to restock the complimentary ones, the first person who answered didn’t help — instead, they told me to call someone else… who never even picked up. And that was the end of it. No follow-up, no service. It’s not just me, either. I saw another guest in the lobby furiously complaining to the manager about something that seemed just as bad — and judging from their reaction, this is business as usual here. in addition to all the issues i’ve had with this hotel, on our first day they put us in a smoking room which smelt awful even though we booked a Non-smoking room a month in advance. This place is coasting on its “luxury” label, but all it really offers is bad maintenance, non-existent service, and a management team that doesn’t seem to care. Spend your money somewhere else
