When ever I feel sad I visit this place for buffet... The view is amazing..the staff are so friendly. Spread is more on weekends and live music is lovely. But on weekdays crowd is less and and more peaceful. The live kitchen near the pool is good . The two cute girls over there helps and serves so well with warm smile.

Let’s start with the décor — the furniture and upholstery are clearly relics from another era, proudly displaying every stain and sag as though they’re design features. “Rustic charm” doesn’t even begin to cover the level of neglect. It’s like they bought everything secondhand and never looked back. Need some relief from the heat? Don’t count on the AC. It was more of a wall ornament than a functioning appliance. We reported the issue several times — each time met with a polite nod and absolutely no action. Maybe sweating is part of their wellness program? Service? Oh, it’s exceptional — exceptionally cold and indifferent. The staff seem to have mastered the art of avoiding eye contact, and basic hospitality feels like an optional add-on they forgot to include in our booking. Now let’s talk food. If you enjoy déjà vu, you’re in for a treat. The same limited menu was recycled across all three days — with some dishes making surprise appearances at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Variety? Not their thing. Taste? Meh. Value for money? Non-existent. The in-house restaurant prices are laughably inflated — gourmet prices for food that wouldn’t pass for decent buffet fare anywhere else. Honestly, the only five-star aspect of this place is the bill. The property relies entirely on its location and seems to think that a beach view will distract you from everything else falling apart. Save your money. Book somewhere that actually delivers on what it promises.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not 5-Star Quality I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at The Park because it was far from what one would expect from a hotel that claims to be 5-star. From the moment I checked in, things just didn’t feel right, and unfortunately, it only got worse as the stay continued. The most unbearable part was the condition of the toilet in my room. There was a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the night, and it completely disrupted my ability to rest. No matter what I did, the odor didn’t go away. It was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic, and honestly, unacceptable for any hotel—let alone a so-called luxury property. Beyond that, the room itself was a huge letdown. The furnishings felt dated and lacked the elegance or comfort you’d expect from a premium hotel. The attention to detail just wasn’t there—from the cleanliness to the overall ambiance, nothing about the room reflected 5-star standards. It felt more like a budget stay with a premium price tag. I had high expectations when I booked, but sadly, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes immediate improvements, because this is not what guests should be subjected to when choosing a hotel of this reputation and pricing.
