Stayed recently for a wedding, the staff were amazing from the manager to the front desk staff to the housekeeping. Everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly. The room was very large and well-decorated, spotlessly clean. Everything about the experience was high-end. I look forward to my next stay.

My sister and I were visiting Canada for the first time and stayed at the Parker Hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, answering any questions or concerns we had. The Parker rooftop had beautiful views of the city as well as our room. We were offered a discount for staying at the hotel and the staff were very nice as well. As for the location itself, restaurants and waterfront views were walking distance depending on where you wanted to go. Overall, a good experience and grateful for kind people welcoming us!

The only saving grace at this hotel is the staff, notably Angel at the front desk. Otherwise it’s baffling to me how you can honestly charge $600 a night. Our AC sounded similar to a car about to die, possibly because it was fighting the heat from both outside and the hallways which were, for some reason, very warm. The room itself was clean (Again, thanks to the staff) but the bath plug didn’t work and the replacement worked even less. Water pressure and towels were excellent mind you. The beds were meh at best and why does every hotel insist on having pillows that just collapse underneath you so you’re basically lying on the mattress. The use of a sheet, followed by a bare comforter, followed by another sheet does not fill me with hope the comforter ever actually gets washed and the multiple sheets are a menace to restful sleep. The location, fantastic. Ten minute walk to the waterfront and ten minutes to Robson street for some shopping. Both restaurants seemed liked they been plugged in much later in the hotels history and were questionable at best. All in all, not a bad spot if you’re paying $200-300 a night. But $600? You’re kidding yourselves. Spend your money somewhere else and get bang for your buck.
