Was quite pleased with my stay here, and happy with the hotel breakfast! 30 bus stop right there for convenient transport to the station, though the walk isn’t bad either. Friendly staff, comfy & clean rooms, a sauna available. Would stay again!
Great hotel small and personal in a perfect location close to everything & transport. The staff were fantastic, the Manager Nicholas went out of his way to help us out and the Housekeeping manager/waitress was exceptional. Awesome stay :)
I had a wonderful stay at The Passage in Basel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The entire team was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful with every request I had. They made me feel truly welcome and cared for throughout my stay. The room was spotless, the breakfast delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Basel — the staff alone make it worth it!
