The Patio Suite Hotel

My sister and I just enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay at the Patio Suite Hotel over the bank holiday weekend — and we LOVED it! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. It's easy to get around with the free shuttle buses to the beach and nearby town, and only a short taxi ride to larger towns like Albufeira. There are local bars and restaurants in a short walking distance too. We stayed in a spacious apartment-style suite which really exceeded our expectations. It had a full kitchen, a comfortable living room area, a large balcony with a pool view, a huge wardrobe, and a fridge — perfect for a relaxing and convenient stay. We chose the all-inclusive option and were not disappointed. The food was delicious with a wide variety each day, and the staff were exceptional — always friendly, attentive, and quick to top up drinks, clear plates, and refresh the buffet. The 24-hour WhatsApp service was incredibly convenient for answering questions and arranging taxis. We were also lucky enough to celebrate our birthdays during the stay, and the hotel made it extra special by sending up a bottle of wine, port, cake, and a birthday card — such a thoughtful touch! All in all, it’s a wonderful hotel with excellent service and great facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We have arrived this afternoon and so far the experience we have had of your amazing hotel is 5* the staff on reception and in the restaurant have been great and we was invited to have lunch before we could check into our room. The food was very good and such a great selection even though we was at the end of service, when we got to our room we couldn't open the door to the balcony but the cleaner lady was amazing and took time to explain to my wife how to do it and showed her how to locate the items provided in the kitchen, we can't wait to go for dinner later and relax by the pool tomorrow. Update and it's been a few more days into a ten day stay and the food and staff still impress us a great selection of buffet food and the staff can never do enough for you. Update 2, after returning from a day out for my wife's birthday we had received a bottle of wine and a couple cakes and a card from the hotel a really nice thing to do so thank you it made her day.

We stayed here as a family at the end of April. Generally a very positive experience. The meals were of very high quality compared to many other all inclusive holidays we have been to. The staff are generally very helpful and child friendly (apart from a couple of male staff who were notably rude, including one head of staff at the restaurant - however we tried not to let that ruin our experience). The housekeeping staff were particularly good and even knocked quietly to check if our toddler was still sleeping, and whether we wanted some fresh towels for him. We had the pleasure (!) of experiencing a full day of power cut on our last day. Of course, this was a national issue and not the hotel's fault, they tried their best to keep everything running, including the restaurant. We do feel a bit short-changed as we obviously did not experience the best meals and drinks that day. The hotel itself is a bit far from the old/new town and you will need a taxi/car to get anywhere. There is a shuttle service offered by the hotel, but only to a nearby beach and small town. But it is still a nice touch by the hotel. Nonetheless, we would gladly return to stay at the hotel.
