Whilst we did not stay here ourselves, someone we know did. During a lovely getaway they ended up having to work all day and help us. The team from Mona Pavilions went above and beyond to help us organise a surprise for them in their room and beautifully prepared some goodies. So grateful and it was fantastic service.
