The Pavilions Bali

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Pavilions Bali immensely. The property is quiet and private, but the entrance is situated right on a busy street in Sanur, close by Icon Bali. It's a wonderful location for people wanting privacy but convenience. We stayed at the 1 bedroom villa which was beautifully furnished and in great condition - amenities include spacious living room, mini kitchenette, water cooler, outdoor shower, large bathtub. The property is child friendly - they were able to setup a second bed next to the main bed for our son. At the reception, you can borrow books and toys for entertainment. There's also a pool area for hotel guests and a spa. The spa prices were reasonable from our point of view and the staff were wonderful - very quiet and relaxing ambience. The gym is a bit small and unfortunately the treadmill was out of order, so if you have strong gym needs this might not suit you. Otherwise, we had a great time at The Pavilions and we thank the staff for their wonderful hospitality.

This place lived up to everything it stated to be. Beautiful villa comfortable, private and peaceful. The staff are so polite and professional and nothing is too much for them to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We had the honeymoon suite and we couldn't of been happier. The morning breakfast was always on point and served with a smile and at a time that suites you. House keeping morning and night ensures you return with lights on beds made and a nightly gift on your bed which is a lovely touch. I am going to miss this place and the whole of the staff so warm ,friendly and welcoming and not forgetting the guys on security always welcoming and so friendly .

Our stay at The Pavilions Bali had both beautiful and challenging moments. While the surroundings and villa architecture are undoubtedly charming, our original accommodation came with unexpected issues. The team responded by relocating us to another villa, and we later found a fair and respectful resolution with the hotel. The communication was courteous and professional throughout. It’s worth noting that the resort sits in a higher price range, and expectations should align accordingly. Some aspects may not fully reflect the rates charged, especially at this level of hospitality. Feedback during the stay seems essential, as it allows the staff to respond directly where needed.
