The Payogan Villa Resort & Spa Ubud

We have a great experience staying in the Payogan. This resort is located in the midst of nature as you will get to experience the hilly areas with jungle view while staying here. The rooms provided were spacious and it comes with private pool and balconies. The staff was courteous and politely answered all the queries. The resort's restaurant provides both local and international food, also you can have some Indian food here. They also provide shuttle service to the Ubud market. This resort is a perfect place for those seeking peace and privacy. Highly recommended.

- The breakfast buffet is limited-options - Their room service is too fast which we loved a lot - They have a time-scheduled bus to put you in Ubud city centre where all stores and restaurants are. - We did not like that they have too many statues 🗿, over ! 😕 - Our villa was full private, and the view was the greenest forest you can see ever! ❤️ - The air conditioning is weak a bit - The employees are so friendly

Terrible stay – not worth the money. This place is absolutely not 4-star standard. I was first given the wrong room. The pool was dirty and unusable. The entire resort is old and poorly maintained. My room couldn’t even be locked properly – a major safety issue. The food was low quality (frozen fries), and almost every order was either wrong or delivered to the wrong room. The main area was taken over by a loud wedding, and construction noise next door made it impossible to relax. I regret booking this hotel and feel completely ripped off. Definitely not recommended.
