Great Experience at The Pearl Kuala Lumpur Stay 1 night at The Pearl Kuala Lumpur. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Ms. Nor, was exceptionally warm and hospitable – she truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both adults and children. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend The Pearl Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay in the city.

I attended a two-week course at this hotel. I loved the pleasant smell throughout the hotel. It is located in a strategic area with direct access to the mall. The traffic around the hotel was not too busy. The food was decent, and a surau is provided. Overall, it is a good venue for training or courses.

Very happy yo inform that there are variety of food here to choose for breakfast. However, some still can improve,. (many can maintain the quality instead of quantity). The hotel is inside a mall. Very convenient. You can shop around, or go down for a cup of coffee when u need it. Came here for meeting. 1 star deducted : the SOP of check in was so slow, almost 1 hour of QR , as we came in a big group. Communication should be done to make the process more easy. Mayb the key can just give to our representatives instead of Q to check in at counter, as it is packaged. 1 star deducted : Just for management to know and fix, some of the door and facilities inside room might need maintenance or change.
