We had a fantastic experience here at Pearle. The staff were really great. We stayed in room 18 and had a private pool which was amazing. Definitely recommend this place.
2025 prices for a room that is 15 years behind the family needs of today. No usb charging, no proper pantry or no suitable fridge for your food, it's good for beer and wine only. No Australian staff,except for management. Wonderful check in service.
Rubbish bins in room were not emptied. One had tuna and fruit bits which had started to ferment. The other had used toiletries. Disgusting and unacceptable for the price. The following morning a male opened our locked door without knocking and when I asked who it was the person locked the door again. Bed was comfortable but service needs to improve. The front desk staff apologised for the issues and offered to make up. He was helpful with the late check in process the previous night.
