The Pelican Hotel Cantonments Accra

My fiance and I enjoyed our time at The Pelican Hotel last month. We enjoyed the fitness room, pool, breakfast buffet, the beautiful room and all the friendly staff and management team. Thomas is very knowledgeable with fitness tips, and is a great coach. It was enjoyable to see him assist my fiance to have a more safe and efficient to workout. The staff at the breakfast buffet were all very nice and Jennifer was very helpful in describing all of the dishes since this is my first time traveling internationally by myself. It was nice to get a rundown of what was being offered. It was also very pleasant to run into the management team during the breakfast buffet and meeting Mr. Mohammed. He is very friendly. We enjoyed visiting with him. Everything was great. We look forward to revisiting this December.

I recently stayed here for 11 nights and I must say, from start to finish the experience was fantastic. The hotel is located in a nice area, its very secure, the rooms are massive, and the food is amazing! Breakfast was fantastic. I requested cold chocolate once for breakfast and the following days, James and Ebenezer would make it for me without me even asking. The pancakes were fresh and were always served with a smile. The restaurant has really good food, although the menu is small. Anna and Bless used to look after me. One night, I was feeling a curry and rice and, even though its not on the menu, Anna spoke to the chef for me and was able to make it happen. Room service was always very fast and Ibrahim would always ensure I had everything I needed. Bismarck, the legend! We used to catch up during breakfast and when I would come back from the office, sharing a laugh or too together. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. What made it really special was the people. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed getting to know everyone during my stay. Thank you! TK

Fantastic stay at the Pelican Hotel! I had a great experience at the Pelican Hotel in Cantonments, Accra. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and well-appointed – perfect for both work and relaxation. The breakfast was consistently excellent, with a great variety and fresh options each morning. What really stood out for me was the gym. While it’s not huge, it’s hands down the best hotel gym I’ve experienced. It’s well-equipped with all the heavy weights and equipment you’d usually only find in a full-sized gym – a real bonus for anyone serious about their workouts while traveling. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be back!
