The Peninsula Bangkok

This is our first time to stay here. We had a fantastic experiences at The Peninsula Riverside Bangkok. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Fabulous hotel with a complimentary river boat to transfer to some key locations on the river. Excellent service from very attentive staff. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were stay riverside view grand deluxe room, which was a fantastic river view and incredibly attentive and considerate hotel staff. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and many options. The hotel is maintenance like brand new with the atmosphere and the beautiful tropical garden with many kinds of plants and flowers around the hotel. We enjoyed just walking around the property.

A Bangkok icon for good reason! We absolutely loved our stay. The rooms may be slightly dated but a good size, perfectly maintained and very comfortable. The fruit offering is a lovely touch. All staff are incredible and the boat service is top notch. Be sure to book a river view room and don’t miss breakfast, especially during mango season!

We came for the afternoon tea and it was a really unique experience. Everything was very precise and very well served. The stuff is extremely attentive and incredibly friendly. Although I have to note that the price was pretty high. The salty appetizers were not that tasty as expected but the sweet treats were amazing! There was also a woman at the entrance who made out of sweet beans some little bits that I was absolutely blown away! All in all it was a nice experience even tho the salty bites weren’t really great.
