I started frequenting this hotel about 15 years ago. Food service is very knowledgeable about what is in different menu options, so when you have food allergies like I do (chicken, tomatoes, eggs) they can verbalize ingredients in various meals on the menu without checking with the kitchen. That professionalism where the workers handle things and a manager isn't needed makes a business much more enjoyable to go to as a patron and makes the overall vibe of a business much more appealing. Their drinks without alcohol are really delicious and use higher quality ingredients than a lot of places. The Peninsula also has more upscale drink options without alcohol and quality drink options without alcohol than a lot of businesses. Any place that places importance on liquid and not just food has my respect and my repeated patronage. The snacks that they give on weekday afternoons when something is ordered taste great and is a good show of hospitality.

Performed here for a wedding, very beautiful venue. The staff was great. The location was awesome. Very clean, very elegant. We played out on the patio where there is a small fountain. Miriam Neblina Latin Band
