Stayed here 2 nights, me and my partner got an upgraded room at no extra cost which was lovely. Comfortable bed, kitchen which had everything we needed including microwave, toaster, fridge etc. Large bathroom and included a list of the channels on the TV which was very helpful. Nice location, only a couple minutes drive from the centre of town and the seal colony. Would definitely recommend staying here if planning a trip to Kaikoura!
It is the second time we have stayed at The Peninsula and both times were fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms lovely with great views. Also a 2 minute walk to the Pier Hotel for dinner. We will be back
Lovely place to stay. Clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location near the pier, and friendly service at reception.
