The Penthouse Suites Hotel

We spent one night at The Penthouse where my mum and me had a pleasant experience. We didn’t like the first room so the reception team Ms Rashida and Nasresdin did their utmost to upgrade us to a better room. After a long connection flight I was pleased to get few hours of rest in a well cleaned and comfortable room. The team were very helpful and professional. The only advice I would give is to refurbish the others rooms to the same colour theme that will open up the space and will feel more inviting. Also adding some essential oils diffuser in the reception area and the corridor between rooms will fill the atmosphere with a more pleasant scent for client to walk into. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite being marketed as a 5-star property, it doesn’t even come close to meeting those standards. The location is terrible it’s surrounded by rundown buildings and feels more like a neglected neighborhood than a place you’d expect a luxury hotel to be. It’s hard to believe this place is classified as five stars at most, it’s a 2-star hotel with 5-star prices. The value for money is shockingly poor. I honestly felt misled by the rating and photos online. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting comfort, convenience, or quality service. Unfortunately, the only thing “luxurious” here is the price not the experience.😩😩😩

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights. Unfortunately, very low quality in setup, maintenance and dealing. Sorry to day, this hotel doesn't have anything to do with 5*. Do not believe in fake stars...
