The Penz Hotel

Fabulous location! From the moment you arrive it’s a welcoming experience. The front desk staff is so genuine. Marvin checked us in & Lukas answered several questions during our stay plus others staff very helpful. We were given a map with the city’s main highlights all walking distance. Many conveniences also located very close if you need personal items. The breakfast buffet on the 5th floor had a wonderful setup with a large variety of options and tastes, specials may also be requested. We booked this in our reservation, worth it. The serving staff is lovely, shout out to Tatiana who was always attentive to our table and delightful. Our room was a good size, beds were comfortable and bathroom had nice amenities. We requested (2) extra pillows after our first night and the housekeeper was very attentive and I received them pronto. Our room was 217 over looking park light road noise but did not disturb our sleep.

Large quiet room and friendly helpful staff. Terrific dining area on top floor with wonderful view of the mountains.

The hotel room was clean, very good central location of Innsbruck, easy to walk everywhere. Very nice and accommodating staff, great breakfast buffet. Our reason for the 3* room rating is our room was very noisy, due to heat and no airconditioning. We had the windows open during the night, and the square below (playground) was very noisy. Further there was construction going on in and around the hotel, which we were not informed about, and the drilling started around or before 7.00am after the noisy evening.
