The Perry Hotel & Marina Key West

Second time visiting Key West and decided to try this hotel out - I watched a ton of videos about it but the videos don’t compare, the hotel is absolutely amazing and a really great deal! It felt like our own private tropical resort and we loved being able to take the shuttle. The pool was the perfect temperature and loved the fire pits at night. The pool bar had really great food and the drinks were awesome. My favorite was the piped in tropical smell they have in the hotel - I actually bought a candle and lotion to bring home that is the same scent! We will definitely be back soon and staying longer!

I cannot express my gratitude enough. Jayme at the front desk went above and beyond for my family. I came into the lobby about to stroke out from the heat from a place we were supposed to rent. I sent my family to the pool to cool down because they too were overheating. Jayme kicked into high gear and found us a room for the whole week and house keeping was able to get us a cot for our child too. Jayme made sure I had water for not only myself but for my family too. The room is amazing with a beautiful view. Not to mention the ac pumps fresh cold air. Great people work here.Thank you so much for saving my family from a crisis ❤️.

Just spent 4days at this place and had a nice time. Bit hit & miss in places and definite room for improvement. Front desk was hit and miss never told us anything about the place when we checked in still not sure if you can use the other pool. Rooms are a bit tired we had one overlooking the marina which was a great view but looked in need of renovation and smelt a bit damp, on a plus housekeeping was excellent our room was cleaned every day. We had dinner and Sophie our server was excellent although I do agree with a previous reviewer who said the food was salty it was over the top. Free shuttle into downtown was good. Pool was also nice with plenty of sunbeds. Why hotels feel the need to charge for parking seems ridiculous and the resort fee is over the top for what you get for it. Overall not bad but could be excellent
