The Pfister Hotel

This hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. When they found out we were celebrating a birthday, they surprised us with champagne for the adults and candy for the kids—such a thoughtful touch! The staff was incredible with our children, making them feel special and welcome at every turn. Service was flawless from start to finish. A perfect blend of luxury and genuine hospitality—we can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely love this hotel. I have been coming here for a very long time. I can feel myself relax the moment I walk into the beautiful doors and smell the lovely aroma in the stunning lobby. Dimarco is always there to greet me with his sweet smile and kind and selfless service. Christmas time here is absolutely magical, too. I have so many happy memories here and now my precious daughter has collected enough memories here in her heart that will keep her coming back for years to come. Tonight we get to enjoy a meal at Mason Street Grill and I could not be more excited. The food and service is always above and beyond. This place is my fave forever!💗

One of the best experiences I’ve had a hotel ever. It was a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and service. Every single person working there was amazing, but Mercedes(Mechi) made the stay so much better. She was so welcoming and hospitable, and she made sure that I had a top tier experience. My significant other and I had a magical experience, and we really appreciated that Mercedes showed that she truly cared and ensured we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning.
