Location is conveniently located in Melaka, walkable distance to a lot of attraction areas. The hotel (consider boutique hotel?) looks new and clean. Basic amenities are available. Facilities are in good condition. Maybe come back again if traveling here again. Hope they allow early check in though. Have small playground and swimming pool for kids. Kid was having fun.
It was amazing to staycation with my family here... The room is so huge, with a great quality of bed. All dishes are provided, even the washing dishes soap. The bathroom is very clean and nice. It has a great huge swimming pool, and the most unique is, the water of the swimming pool is a salt water. I am extremely recommended to all
Front desk service has room for improvement. Why? Upon arrival at the front desk, there were 3 to 4 staffs on site. None of them have the basic customer service attitude, I.e greeting to the guest. Until has to make them aware your existence then come to attend your question. After taking the room card, scan at the lift scanner, err...not working. Have to make go back again to the front desk to rectify the issue. Well! Hope the management of Pines Hotel see this message and improved your front desk customer service.
