We had lunch here today and it was a wonderful experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the ambience was very pleasant. A special thanks to the staff Pinky Maurya, who served us so nicely with great care and warmth—it really made our meal enjoyable
Rooms need upkeep eg. Curtains operationally broken, some sanitary fittings leak, soap dispensers refill etc. Food was good all days. But you may consider adding g western region Indian items to menu for Mumbai and Gujarat guests. It will be fun for them. Restaurant service is very good. Hostess like Mariambano were very cordial, proactive in attending room to our plates. Very kind attitude n personality.
This hotel is not 4 star hotel. Starting from services, all the bedding provided bedding provided were dirty. Ac never worked. Parking never existed. Staff were rude and unprofessional. I had Diarrhoea after having food in their restaurant, atleast they should provide hygienic food after charging 500 for a bowl of curry. Internet speed was 500kbps. Charging socket in room didn't work, hair dryer socket didn't work. They are just interested in your money so just stay away from this pathetic place.
