Best hotel ever. Great 24 hour customer service. We had great stay with the family.
I always stayed in 5 star hotels but I would give this hotel 7 stars because of the friendly and kind staff plus the very clean and nice smelling rooms, free breakfast, Yosef and Dogukan made my stay unforgettable.
I booked and paid a superior double room in this hotel in 2019 but they gave us a double room, their guests generally very crowded families from east of Turkey, I think They sold my reserved room to them, because they waited me a long time in the lobby with my 2 children. Their bathroom was very bad and smelled.
