We had a fantastic stay at Vortex Suites KLCC from July 26 to August 1. Our group of 19 people was spread across 3 spacious apartments. Each unit had 2 bedrooms, a clean and cozy living room, and a fully functional kitchen which was great for preparing small meals or snacks for the kids. Everything was spotless and hygienic. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and there was enough space for everyone to relax. The apartments were well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. What really made the experience smooth was the support from the staff they were always available, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location is also perfect close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. For a big group like ours, it was a perfect choice. Would definitely return and highly recommend Vortex Suites KLCC to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located stay in Kuala Lumpur!

Do not use the pool, it’s a safety hazard! After 30 minutes inside the pool 2 out of my 3 kids had bleeding cuts. Other guests came came and told me that their kids also cut themselves, it’s because of broken tiles inside the pool. The owner and staff are aware and don’t do anything against it. The rude and unfriendly staff refused to refund and told me to find a phone number or email myself on the internet to complain. Safety and staff attitude: 0 points!
