From the moment I arrived, the elegance and grandeur of the setting set the tone for what turned out to be a flawless morning. The food was exquisite every detail, from presentation to taste, was on another level. Service was impeccable, with an incredibly professional and attentive staff. A special thanks to Joy, whose warm and thoughtful care made the experience even more memorable.
Amazing experience with beautiful decor. Very comfortable and very clean.delicious treats in our room on arrival. I was unwell and could not leave my room for 24hours. My Family were given breakfast by Youssef to bring up to my room to ensure my comfort. Youssef had been very hospitable and professional and saw to our every need with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something extra special. Staff impeccable. Great ambiance too.
A Memorable Stay with a Few Disappointments – Honest Review Based on Personal Experience My stay at this beautiful hotel was overall wonderful and memorable, and I highly recommend it for families. However, like any experience, it came with its positives and negatives. Below is a summary based on my personal stay: Pros: • The hotel is luxurious and elegant, with an exceptional reception experience. • The rooms were clean, well-organized, and comfortable. • Breakfast was delicious and well-presented. Special thanks to Mr. Asif for his cheerful service – much appreciated! Cons: • Room service was noticeably slow. • The bathtub – not the shower – in the three-bedroom suite was extremely small, only suitable for children. • In the maid’s room of the suite I selected, the shower water had a rusty color, making it unusable. • The tables in the suite had sharp corners, posing a danger to children. • The bathroom floor was very slippery, which could lead to accidents. • When I requested delivery from an app, the reception refused to send it to the room, despite my medical condition. I’m unsure whether this was a personal decision or hotel policy. For context, I’ve stayed at many international hotels and never faced such an issue. • The staff member at the swimming pool was unprofessional and unfriendly. However, the manager later apologized, and the hotel offered us sweets as compensation. In my opinion, food is not an acceptable form of apology – we are not hungry people to be pacified with treats. Moreover, offering tea and coffee under 50°C heat by the pool is simply unreasonable. • The motion sensor lights in the corridor outside the room were not working properly, creating a disturbing atmosphere that resembled a horror movie scene – similar to Room 1408 from Stephen King’s story.
