I had a wonderful stay at plaza hotel almaty! The location is perfect- the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was specious clean and comfortable
It is an average hotel but the room service is bad. They didn’t provide tissue for the whole time we stayed there (eight days). They don’t clean the bathroom well. We asked to check room’s refrigerator not working properly but no one came to fix it. Their breakfast is below average no verity almost the same food every day, we had to go to restaurant for a change. I don’t recommend it because of the service. The whole time never brought box of tissues to our rooms. Never cleaned the toilet, kept dirty just closed the lid. The room service staff used our body cream. I don’t recommend it at all. If there is below one star i would put it.
bad stuff and room service. cleanness it not as standard as 4 star hotel. unfurtunately, when I checked out they claimed that I used items from minibar. however, nothing was used at all. moreover, there is no toilet tissues. reception was unprofessional at all.
