The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park

Really wonderful stay at the Plaza. Stayed in a Landmark Suite and it's definitely worth the upgrade. This is a very well-done and cared-for hotel in a fantastic city-center location. Service was above average. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This might have been the most beautiful hotel that I've ever stayed! We loved all of the world details left behind , from the art deco architecture to the mail slot by the elevator. They utilize the most efficient system for calling elevators. Touch the pad for the floor you desire and jump into the elevator that is indicated. The staff (Bryan) and the youngsters manning the valet are quick, polite and attentive. ( although, we tried their texting system to call the car before we got down to street level. But that did not work.) I especially loved all of the notations in the room... How to work the very fancy shower and where to find the charging ports. It's the little details that make this place luxurious. The water was hot and the pressures were great! And this hotel just happened to be right across the steer from the park my Nana visited in her childhood... Over 100 years ago. This was my first time to El Paso but it won't be my last.

I recently stayed at The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park in the heart of El Paso’s vibrant arts district, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel’s Art Deco design is absolutely stunning—elegant, stylish, and full of unexpected, thoughtful details that made the atmosphere feel truly special. I stayed in the Pioneer Room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The upscale touches, especially in the bathroom hardware, added a nice luxurious feel. The price for the room was very reasonable for the quality and location. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The on-site restaurants were excellent, offering great food and ambiance. That said, I did run into a couple of minor issues: the electric curtain buttons on the right side didn’t work, and the in-room safe deposit box was broken. These were small inconveniences, but worth noting. Despite that, I’d definitely stay here again. The overall vibe, design, and service make it a standout place to stay in El Paso.
