The Pllazio Hotel

Had a great experience at the restaurant in The Pllazio Hotel. The food was delicious and the ambiance was really nice. Special thanks to Ankit, our server, who was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His service truly made the visit memorable!

Plazzio Hotel is centrally located and offers valet parking, though it's situated in an open area directly across from the property. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are extensive, though during my two-day stay, I noticed the menu was entirely vegetarian, with only eggs and waffles as non-vegetarian exceptions at breakfast. Personally, I enjoyed the aloo puri and masala dosa, while the chocolate pudding, dal ka halwa, and rasmalai were also delicious. The snacks, however, were just average. The hotel features a well-equipped banquet hall in the basement that can comfortably accommodate 200-250 people, making it ideal for events. The staff is very nice, courteous, and always ready to serve. However, there was a bit of an issue during a haldi function we had in the hot afternoon. The decor was top-notch and met our expectations, and the water coolers definitely helped with the heat. But the staff assigned to the event seemed reluctant to serve outside. Whether they were short-staffed due to the restaurant service or reluctant because of the outdoor heat, there were only 2-3 waiters serving drinks and snacks. This was insufficient for a gathering of around 150 people, so if you're planning a function, it’s something to keep in mind. There's a clean, relaxing pool on the rooftop, and overall, the hotel provides a solid stay with good amenities.
