I came here just for coffee and getting some work done and it was great! Located in Providencia in a residential area, this place is safe, quiet, and conducive to working from the computer.
Only rating the cafe. The food was tasty and reasonably priced for the quality. We enjoyed our stay.
There's no way this hotel classified as a 4 starts hotel, the positive reviews are from the coffee shop. - There's constant street noise and you hear everything going on other rooms, even from employees roaming and slamming doors at 2-3am - There's a problem with hot water, for years now. Even the employees at the cafe downstairs complain about it. Leaks are everywhere also, you can look at the pictures - Room doors have no key and all have the same type of passwd, making it insecure (floor number+room number backwards) - Rooms are legit dirty and have no mini fridge, when cleaning service comes all it does is fold towels/sheets even if you tell them to change them - there's no hotel reception, and it's even worse at night. There's only 1 employee roaming around and you gotta wait outside until he comes to open the door and this might take a while
