The Porcupine Castle Resort

Recently visited this property and had a superb experience! More than just the property itself, it was the staff that truly made it special. A big shoutout to Mr. Pranesh – he was incredibly kind and polite. In fact, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional. Food: 9/10 – delicious and well-prepared. Rooms: 7/10 – comfortable, but there's some room for improvement. View & Amenities: 7/10 – decent and enjoyable. Staff & Service: 10/10 – absolutely exceptional. Really appreciate the efforts of the whole resort team. Looking forward to visiting again

It's a beautiful resort with lush green trees and coffee plantation surrounded. Situation probably about 3.5k ft above sea level. I've opted for mountain view room. Rooms are good, but could have been better. The balcony has great views though. (Info: rooms are being renovated one at a time) Restaurant offers a variety of veg options to choose from. Yet there should have been more non veg options too.. The pool is great, has awesome views. The staffs are so friendly and we'll behaved! Overall, its a great resort. Value for money!

Stayed with family for 1 night. Location is quite good with nice views. Staff is quite helpful. Restaurant and food can be improved. We had stomach problem after having food here. Food was not tasty and felt spurious oil. Rest everything is great.
